Tapping Into Your Creativity During Challenging Times with Alexandra Jamieson

Alex is an artist, a creative, and a phenomenal coach to women who are bringing their creative natures to light and discovering who they want to be. 

Today, Alex talks to us about how to accept that you are creative, how to be creative, and how to keep using your creativity in the challenging situation that we all find ourselves in, right now. Alex has done many different things in her career, and for the last twenty years, she has mainly been a coach and a writer. Over the years, there has been a constant evolution of what it means to her to be a writer and a coach. And the specific tools that she uses, and what she talks about, have also been developing and progressing over time.
